This has been the worst experience we have ever had, from my wife falling because of negligence of the hotel, to our ac not working in the room and the clerk tells us the room temp is fine, and him telling me I’ve got problems, to the lies online about free continental breakfast, elevator is missing part of its top, and just down right disgusting on how we’ve been treated as guest.
