Soon as we entered the lobby i should of called cooperate to cancel my reservations. The lobby had an awful odor. My credit card was declined as i now see in several recent reviews other guests had the same problem. Upon arriving in our first room the thermostat was not working and the air conditioning was stuck on high. After talking to the front desk maintenance was going to be sent to the room. The front desk staff is so rude. If I acted like that at my job I would fired

The amenities aren’t great, but the staff more than makes up for it. Head to the bar and have yourself a drink, they’ll take great care of you.
definitely not recommended. nice staff but the place needs attention. maintenance needs to do some work in the rooms and outside. multiple broken ice machines, non working thermostats, peeling wall paper, stained carpets and ceilings. cleaning needs to deep clean rooms. random hairs found where dusting was needed, blood splatters all over the room, ice cream in the fridge. this is all on top of given the wrong room type
Don’t stay here We had a roach come out the sink, place is ran down And it smells like a 420 concert in the hallways
