Location was ideal within easy walking distance of all the sight including Times Square the hotel room was quite comfortable and adequate the bed mattress was very comfortable room had everything we needed i.e. Coffee making facilities tv � etc we had a breakfast buffet every morning which we really enjoyed
Great location. Although reception was modern, rooms were in need of an update. Beds were lovely & comfy. Most of the reception staff not too helpful or friendly.

Love this hotel . . . Stayed there for second time . . . Had long stays in NY in this hotel . . . Close proximity and central location helped me see the city of NY easily !
Had a great stay at ramada arrived earlier than check in after a long flight reception managed to get us in our room ealrier than the 3pm check in time which was brilliant very helpful rooms wer cleaned every day and on check out they booked a transfer for us to get to the airport which is half the price of a taxi and kept our suitcases so we could go one last wonder around before we were picked up very helpful and would stay again
