Niente acqua per due giorni, niente stanza fumatori da me riservata 4 mesi prima, ho cambiato la stanza 3 volte, colazione quasi inesistente e la cauzione fino ad ora non mi è stata restituita... Che dire di più?
Great hotel. Location was ideal. We stayed in Queen Room. No complaints regarding room size. It was all we needed. Beds comfy and room clean. Continental breakfast was a great start to the morning. Staff helpful when asked directions or recommendations. Our first trip to New York and The Hotel @ New York made our visit that much more enjoyable. Thank you. We will be back.
Muy bien situado, muy limpio, baño y cama perfectos. El desayuno estupendo, muy completo. El personal muy amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo, nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena.
It is a budget hotel, so one can come here without high expections. The rooms are small but comfortable and the breakfast on the house a blessing. The location is excellent and yellow taxis easily available to reach any part of NewYork.
Ordinarily a perfect 5, with comfy beds, great staff and a wonderful breakfast, getting stuck in the elevator took 2 stars off. Will come back...when elevators work lol
