This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We were treated wonderfully, and our dog was welcome! The room was very clean and spacious as well!
Rooms are badly worn
Please don't bother staying here. The staff doesn't believe that their occupants need clean linens upon request. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere that they can refuse you clean pillow cases. The staff are rude and they call the police and lie through their teeth because they don't want to do extra laundry. We have plenty of other places to stay in mount Sterling. Pass this one by
