I think its appalling to continue to hear the blatant racism that exists in North Dakota. I am also amused that in a world with soo much diversity and people of many cultures, there continues to be this illusion of superiority. Ignorance is not bliss...ignorance is IGNORANT.
Terrible service. If they don't agree with your politics they throw you out even if you prepaid and don't refund your money. I'm sorry, actually you threw them out because their two year old was too loud? This is illegal. This hotel steals money from its patrons, buyer beware! How thin must the walls be for a toddler to be the reason they are being thrown out? Ramadas rooms smell like urine and the service is appalling.
You kicked Sergeant Jovanii Nez and his wife and toddler out of their room one hour after they arrived, and even refused to refund his money. Sergeant Nez was on his way to join the other veterans at Standing Rock, and Sergeant Nez is black. So this is apparently racism at work in racist North Dakota. You evict a veteran, his family, and a small child out into the cold, after he has fully paid you, and you dont give him a refund??? Shame shame on you for treating our veterans this way. Talk about racism at its finest..HOW DARE YOU. Give them their room, or give them their money. Your ridiculous claims are outrageous. I hope you get sued, and have to close the doors.
They just threw a vet out on the street. The room was neat and orderly. He had paid in advance for his wife and child to stay there. I watched the video of him leaving, of the officer in his door way. The only people that were rude and clearly inhospitable were the Ramada Inn Limited staff. Shame on the Ramada Limited Suites! You will never have my business unless you show the utmost kindness and then some to this Vet and his family.
I have family who lives in North Dakota, and family that visits North Dakota. As well as friends across the country, some in the Military. This is what 'support the troops' looks like to you? I will make sure that not only your personal facility, but the Ramada Suites are known for what happened here. This is NOT RIGHT.
You have given corporate a bad name. I hope God works on the heart of yours and unveil each layer of hate. I will never stay with your corporate hotel anymore.
