Brandon, the staff on duty, went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I found a used chunk of soap in the tub drain telling me it wasn't cleaned completely. He came down, and proceeded to clean the whole bathroom, even to the extent of wiping down the floor on his hands and knees, this was after i was offered a chance to move to a different room. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel in the past year. My only complaint is, the pool was on the chilly side, but the hot tub fixed that problem. I read the other comments about rude staff, and I must have either been sleeping when these people were working or I was not hanging around the front desk, because the few staff members I met were more than helpful and pleasant. The beds are super comfy! The location is great, and I will be back again in about 3 months. Thank you again for the great hospitality.

We stayed on Saturday, our room was clean, our bed was amazingly comfy and the front desk staff was super helpful. However the carpet is slightly dated, we still loved our room. The pool is open late for adults swim. I'd recommend. We stayed in the presidential suite for our anniversary.
