Angel was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The accommodations were great for the price and the room was clean and quiet. Will return on my next visit to KC.
Good location. Close to I 435 and super close to Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun. Slightly secluded so had more of a feeling of privacy. Room was great and looked out onto a lake. Pool and workout room were fantastic. Room service forgot to clean our room after the first night, but we really only needed towels and front desk was more than willing to give me some. I loved this hotel. It was huge. Everyone was friendly and the food was awesome. I will be coming back to Kansas City new year and will stay with them again.
I loved the service with the buffet! The food supply was very quick! I had a wonderful time the whole trip! The pool water was just right too! Thank you!

Excellent customer service at the breakfast bar by the ladies on Monday morning. Angel has been nothing more than an asset to this hotel. She is accommodating and friendly. Everything was professional and I enjoyed my stay.
Appreciated our stay. They had a friendly staff and I felt that everything was wonderful. As a bonus, I really loved the soap.
