The property is older but the customer service goes a long way! We called ahead and asked if we could be upgraded to a king. They took care of us. Thank you! Call ahead and make your request. If it is possible...they will make it happen.
The room was very spotless and smelled clean. The bathroom was also spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I have always been pleased with my experience here. I do enjoy taking part of my weekend to enjoy the benefits of The Boardroom.
The most amazing night of my life at this hotel!!! I stayed at this hotel without looking at the reviews! Boy did I walk away feeling like the lucky one! We had a little issue with the air/heater and I explained it to Shauna and she upgraded us to the most gorgeous suite ever! We just re-booked that same room as it was such an amazing night!

The staff at the hotel is friendly, helpful people and quiet. I walked to and from Kenworth, a shuttle would be nice but it was worth the walk!!!
Great customer service. Really easy directions to follow. Nice room. Pillows were wonderful to sleep on.
Everything was fine. Good stay. The only thing is that I could smell smoke close by. Not in the room mind you, I'm just not a smoker.
