What they did to my friends daughter is disgusting! Would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!
if getting response from the hotel is indication for something, I wouldn't stay in this hotel. I called, waited, eventually someone answered and her first sentence was "can I put you on short hold". The "short hold" lasted 10 minutes. When she got back to me, she was talking in parallel with someone else face to face and refused to estimate what would be the worse case scenario of shuttle pickup from Logan airport. Ended up sleeping in my car across the street at a little vegetable market. 0 on a 1-10 scale. They should be ashamed of themselves !
We had a terrible experience here. We were billed higher than quoted when booked and were told it was company policy when they get busy. The room smelled musty and moldy and the hallway was soaked outside down the hallway . We had three people in our room and had to ask every day for another towel because they could only give us two . One of the towels that was folded in my sisters room had a nasty stain that stank of feces . Will never go to Ramada again.
Nice and friendly hotel. Fine and clean rooms. Only... breakfast on plastic plates and plastic cuterly, well not used to that in hotels
Nice room. I think it's next to the laundry room. Could hear the machines going. It's better than the hotel we had in Las Vegas. Maybe because im an employee at another property they gave me a crappy room.
Great service with super friendy staff. If ever in Boston again this is the place.
