Terribly unpleasant desk and management staff. They try to charge fees that were supposed to be complimentary services and extremely rude when they’re told it’s wrong. Attempted to talk to a manager who was just condescending as anything. I do not recommend this place at all!
Staff is not friendly and not helpful. They give us key which is defective and hesitant to change it. We eat breakfast at 8:15 am the housekeeper enter to our room and removed our blanket and it takes 30 minutes to put new blanket. We come to boston to rest not to be stressed out by the cold room. No signs of do not disturb given to each room. All rooms subject to clean base on the housekeeper decisions. There should be communication between housekeeper and front desk for the time of check out. I hope management look into it... read more

The front desk people are very friendly, drivers are very friendly, rooms are clean, kitchen staff not so friendly I would stay again

Best staff/service level! If you watch hotel impossible—this place hits every benchmark—all of them. Bring your friends/family/coworkers to this hotel then just be happy. From clean rooms to good upkeep, excellent breakfast, to the management and staff-shuttle drivers that sparkle with a fist impression. This is what the hospitality industry tries to be.
Check in was sort of unprofessional, I’ve got the sense that they didn’t care if we were there or not, then I get a room number 162 and down that hallway is an open window blowing freezing cold air. I go to the desk and let them know that window needs to be closed that it’s broken I cannot close it myself and it is blowing cold air into our room which has approximately an eighth of an inch gap all the way around the door frame letting this cold air in our room. Convenient to Boston via hotel shuttle and subway. Staff very attentive and helpful. Local facilities to eat and drink. Basic breakfast but ok! Pool was shut on our visit and it’s outside. Good value for noneyy
