The price was good and our room was nice. We stayed 3 days and 3 nights in room 138 at the very back end of the first floor. There was so much poor behavior from guests that we were taken aback. At first we thought you couldn't blame the hotel for the poor behahior because it was out of the hotel's control. It now seems like the hotel intentionally fosters a vibe that is conducive to the poor behavior.
