The beds were horrible. I had to sleep in the chair. The pillows were horrible. We checked out and staued a different hotel.
We have stayed in their suites for our anniversary and stayed overnite with our children. It is very cozy, rustic, clean, and friendly. Both the sleeping rooms with fire place and jacuzzi and the swimming pool hot tub and pool table are relaxing and affordable for working family or couple to get away from reality!Thank you for your accomodations.
I have been here many times. before new owners taken over and after they taken over in October of 05 I have had been a great stays here since new owership and since it has been be newly remodeled. They have clean rooms, great staff, great rates. They even have a Home Office rooms that are set up for business traveling people. Come on in and try them for yourself.
The staff at this hotel was extremely helpful and courteous. The general manager was always around to make sure our stay was satisfactory. Wonderful continental breakfast!

Ive stayed there for a week and can safely say it is O.K. The rate is really good and it included breakfast although dont expect much (bagels, donuts, juice and coffee). It is good though. Staff are not super but theyre not mean either. I guess theyre just not very well experienced about the place as I had some questions about the area like a public phone and transportation but they couldnt help. We were there for 5 nights and had no problems. We sometimes camp and Ive been to campgrounds that cost more but where you get a lot less. Everything worked and the people at the front desk were very helpful. For the money we got great value. We would stay there again.
When you walk into the lobby of this hotel it looks like its a very clean and upkept hotel. WRONG! The rooms were disgusting. The carpets were stained as was the chair that sits in your room. The bathroom was just as disgusting. We stayed in the Jacksonville Inn for 4 nights and only saw maid service on the day we arrived and the day we left. When trying to call the front desk for some clean towels (because we hadnt seen the maid service in two days) they told us that we would have to wait for the maid service to come around... read more
First of all this place was sooo nasty that me and my friend went to the Dollar Store to get cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom and spray Lysol on the beds. We called the front desk and asked for more toilet paper and the clerk said they were OUT of toilet paper!!!! While we were cleaning we found a porno DVD stuck under the lamp by the bed. After that we packed up our stuff and went to the front desk and told them we wanted our money back. They apologized and we left. What a terrible experience!!!!
