It was dirty! The first room we got had no working air conditioning. They changed our room. The air conditioning worked, but there was mold growing on the vents. You could smell it in the room. The toilet ran almost constantly. It took almost an hour to refill the tank. The t.v. and radio were both unplugged. When we searched for an outlet to plug them back in, we saw all the dirt and dust behind the furniture. The chairs were nasty. It looked like mold growing on them. I am always skeptical when I book my hotels online. I know they show pictures, but are they really of that hotel?? In this case, yes they were!! My family and I were in town visiting some family and friends and were very satisfied with the hotel. Front desk-friendly; rooms-clean; safety-no concerns or worries!! I will be going back to visit again and I will be booking my room here!! Very nice for the price!!

Lots of restaurants nearby, walking distance, the hotel staff are very nice and helpful, The hotel Manager Sara is awesome and very nice. Overall,Great place to stay at.
Ramada is very clean and comfortable beds. All new rooms. Staff was very helpful.

Ive stayed there for a week and can safely say it is O.K. The rate is really good and it included breakfast although dont expect much (bagels, donuts, juice and coffee). It is good though. Staff are not super but theyre not mean either. I guess theyre just not very well experienced about the place as I had some questions about the area like a public phone and transportation but they couldnt help. First of all this place was sooo nasty that me and my friend went to the Dollar Store to get cleaning stuff to clean the bathroom and spray Lysol on the beds. We called the front desk and asked for more toilet paper and the clerk said they were OUT of toilet paper!!!! While we were cleaning we found a porno DVD stuck under the lamp by the bed. After that we packed up our stuff and went to the front desk and told them we wanted our money back. They apologized and we left. What a terrible experience!!!!
The price was alright, it had a fridge in the room as well as a microwave. The fridge was full size.The staff was lost. THe young man working at the desk was nowhere to be found, and the phone was ringing off of the hook. That was a bit disappointing. I was about to walk out when he came from behind the front desk. He wasnt very professional, but he gave me a very cheap rate, very cheap.
