Allow lots of extra time if renting a car as they are painfully slow both when picking up and dropping off.
Do not rent from Thrifty Rental Car or you will wait forever. This is unacceptable at 12:00 am!!! Terrible customer service!
If you're in the A Gates section and the bathrooms are busy, you can find some hidden restrooms off the beaten path upstairs.
Security wait at the A gate is always faster.
Elways in terminal B pricey but tasty things like calamarie with tempura fried blue cheese stuffed olives.
Use the new bridge security line. Way fast and less hassle.
Smoking bar\lounge is now closed for good.
Pre-chek on south side security (west side, not east) is excellent!!
