Gates are easy to find, rather a medium airport however MSP airport is very big and has A through F gates with 22 entry's big airport MSP is. DEN airport is easy to navigate and locate your gate. :)

If you are being picked up ignore common sense and get yourself to the lowest possible level looking for "passenger pickup." Don't go to the taxis and bus level...
Highly recommend Elway's for dinner. The salmon was excellent and they have a nice wine list. The house made Ding Dong was delicious.
New Belgium Ranger Station in Concourse B has great salads and yummy beers.
If your on A Concourse use the walk bridge instead of the train!!
