I was just there 8/19/17. We got 2 beautiful, updated rooms. The price was great, 8 mins from Legoland and a decent breakfast. Definitely staying here again. No bed bugs, no roaches, no problems!
Honestly, we were so disappointed. Room was old and in disrepair. $456.00 for 2 nights. I paid more than my daughter did and she got a beautiful updated room. The A/C wasn't working. Carpet was dirty. Just awful. Breakfast was really bad. Chairs were ripped. Oh and it took forever for the key cards to work.
Most definitely will not ever stay here again!!! Maybe good for a single one person but not for a family of five!!!! Place is under renovation so it is what it is
Worst hotel I ever stayed at. Sewage coming up out of the sink and the manager didn't care. Maintenance didn't even fix it, just put N out of order sign on the wall in our room. What a joke.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Rented room for 2 nights for $360 to visit Legoland from Reno,Nv. My 14 yr old daughter got attacked by bed bugs, there were roaches all over, refrigerator was rusty, staff is really rude. Asked for another room and they said No. Disgusting place ever.
NIGHTMARE AT THE RAMADA INN! DO NOT STAY HERE! You want to have a good night sleep? DO NOT STAY HERE! These people are TOTAL DOUCHEBAGS. I left my family (wife and kids) at Legoland to come check in here. I arrived at 2:15 to check in and they would not allow me to. I checked in right at 3pm (Because the MORON not at the front desk would not check me in early (At All). This place has roaches everywhere!!! All the manager could say to me was "well the last person never complained!!" What in the world does that mean??? I'm super disgusted! I literally packed my family at 1am to drive home all the way to Los Angeles, from Carlsbad. I sent an email to corporate and we have yet to receive any compensation or apologies. Do not give this place any business! I have pictures of the roaches I seen on the counter and bed.
Everything you read are true, dump of a place don't waste your money.
