What is the point of booking a room with a kitchenette if there are no dishes? Called front desk. They said well we don’t know you want dishes unless you ask, then, if we have some we can get you some. Seriously �!Bought groceries but nothing to eat them with. Nice pool, cold hot tub. Very old dingy room with one small thrash can. For bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. No dresser to unpack clothes. Breakfast was good but the room was too full to sit down. Won’t be staying here again. La Quinta next door or motel 6 look decent.
I have enjoyed my stay here my only problem was they did not make it a priority to bring me enough towels, hot tub, pool, beds, kitchenette & safety was #1
Doors were broken to our room and the bathroom. Comforter was old and staind. And the bathtub was stained. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was a joke.
It was such a cute little place. Great price. We had a kitchenette and two tv's which is good for kids and parents. Comfy beds. Will definately stay again when coming to Carlsbad.
I do not understand how you can possibly allow a Ramada to represent your values and hospitality in Carlsbad, CA. I planned a nice vacation for my family and it was ruined thanks to your hotel. You allow workers/ friends of workers to cause fire hazards and be BBQing at 6am in the morning that guests have to have their kids think there is a fire in the hotel room??????????? Please Share..... Something needs to be done!!! We checked into Ramada Inn in Carlsbad CA. on 9/1. We immediately found one of the bathrooms flooded with water, and electrical wires hanging from the celling where I would assume that a smoke detector should be. We alerted the front desk of these issues and others like no trash cans, on ice container, no phone etc. They fixed to bathroom and nothing else.
