I had a great stay at this hotel. Lovepreet was very friendly, professional and friendly. Check in was quick and easy. Thank you to Lovepreet for excellent service.
Terrible hygiene. I got severe insect/flea bites during my stay here. Management completely denied responsibility and refused a refund based on their own 'inspection.' Do not stay here if you care about your health.Terrible hygine (carpet, bed , window fungus , fly, flea, bed bug) 최악의 위생입니다. 이곳에 머무는 동안 심각한 곤충/벼룩 물림 피해를 입었습니다. 매니저는 자체 '검사'를 핑계로 책임을 완전히 부인하고 환불을 거부했습니다. 건강을 생각하신다면 절대 묵지 마세요. 这间客房的床和床垫里有跳蚤和螨虫。你们虽说检查过没有虫子，但我身上留下的这些咬痕就是证据。这是酒店卫生管理疏忽，严重违反了住宿协议。
A pure disappointment—to be honest, I can't understand how this hotel is still open. 1. The rooms only have nightlights in both the bathroom and the bedroom instead of standard lighting. The lack of sufficient light in the bathroom is a safety hazard in itself. What if someone slips? 2. The carpets are extremely dirty—I'm sorry, but I can't find a more fitting word.
