Nice rooms and friendly service. The clerk did a wonderful job of suggesting fantastic local restaurants and helped me see my fav hockey game with the Oilers. Spacious well laid out rooms and lots of parking for truck and trailer like mine. Great free breakfast too!
Best service all staff are neat and nice
The room ( and hotel) had no functioning HVAC so the air was hot, humid and stagnant. We were unable to sleep in the oppressive conditions. The doors to the hallway let in light in 3 sides as well as a lot of noise. The room was dark and dingy looking. The breakfast buffet was not very robust. We left 5 days early to find another hotel.
DO NOT stay at this hotel if you are from the Lethbridge area. You may have a valid reservation, correct identification and a valid credit card but they will refuse to check you in because they have adopted a prejudicial policy not to allow anyone from Lethbridge to stay there. Don't know if it violates Alberta law but definitely is prejudicial.
