You may have a valid reservation, correct identification and a valid credit card but they will refuse to check you in because they have adopted a prejudicial policy not to allow anyone from Lethbridge to stay there. Don't know if it violates Alberta law but definitely is prejudicial.
I stayed here for from Jan 13th atleast a week. Had a great experience. The room has one queen bed and a well maintained. I was expected kitchen included but it wasn’t there. Complimentary breakfast is available every morning, and the room is cleaned daily. The location is very convenient as well, with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get around.
Room was hot and even with the windows open it didn't cool down no AC or real temperature control. Water pressure was fantastic.the
