I understand that the new owners took over recently. Lots of work needs to be done to meet up with the standards of the other Ramada hotels We've visited. Bathroom door tight, shower spray is wild. Breakfast spread is limited, we ate in paper plates, and cups was a big put off.

“Bed Bug Alert” Working here from out of town and traveled 8hrs. Been here 1hr, it’s 10pm and there is about 40, 13 year old kids running up and down the hallways screaming and yelling. Phone in room doesn’t work, head down to the desk and they do nothing. I have been moved 2x for the noise but both tvs in the rooms I have been moved too don’t work so I’m in room 3 now and guess what, only the volume button works on the remote. I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Kamloops on a return trip to my home after vacation. I am a full-time wheelchair user and reserved the only accessible room they had. It was by far the WORSY place that I have stayed with regards to access. There was no regard for the needs of someone who is in a wheelchair and no modifications made to the room .There was no support bar by the toilet which was mounted to low, it was difficult to get to the sink and impossible to use the mirror or access the soap dispenser,, the rods to hang up c... read more
