Great room and service. Had my dogs and want not a problem. Definitely will stop there again.
Nice hotel with very nice front desk experience. House keeping lady is AMAZING. She cleans really good and she is really kind.
Rooms are terrible. Doors don't close without pushing it hard. When I came into the room the temperature was under 60 so I turned on the heat, it took over 2 hours to go up by 2 degrees and made a loud horrible noise all night. Bathrooms are dirty like from soap scum or not being cleaned properly. TV was in a weird place too (which wasn't the worst, just made no sense). It states free breakfast but you have to go to a different hotel for it, which it should at least state somewhere. Would not recommend.
Unfortunately I have to give a honest review..We killed 7 cockroaches in our room. We were only staying the one night and were very careful not to bring any of our bags into the room due to the fear of getting cockroaches in our stuff . I understand how difficult it is to rid a building of these bugs ...We will choose a different exit off the highway next time in the hopes of staying at one of the other Patel owned hotels...I will say usually the Patel owned hotels I give good reviews but unfortunately they dropped the ball ... read more
