-5 star is the real rating. This is a Real Deal Roach Motel.Wynham should be embarrassed to even be associated with this slum. I turned on the light at midnight and saw roaches running up the wall. Looked further and found a tampon behind the toilet battery hanging out of the smoke detector and filth in the air vent. I spoke with the front desk about it and he had no excuse for everything. I wouldn't and im not listing everything thats wrong just find out your self.
I got in around 2am in the morning. Checkout at 11. Around 10:30am housekeeping knocks. I ask them to go away. They continue to knock resulting in me having to answer the door with crutches and repeat they go away. Let me keep the room in peace for the time I paid for it please.
Our room was spotless and recently updated. I cannot say enough about the friendliness and pleasantness of the staff during our check in 8/29 and check out 8/30. We would stay here again. The price was great too.
