It's an old hotel but the new staff is much more helpful and attentive to guests'wants and needs I'm. Great location.
This hotel has such potential! I assume Ramada has not owned this location for long since it was not up to my expectations based on other Ramada stays. Hopefully they will make needed upgrades for both aesthetics and safety. One elevator was out of order as well as the ice machine on our floor.
Really confused about the thermostat- no air conditioning, stuffy room. Floor was dirty. Restaurant is the best part- free breakfast offered.
The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Initial temperature of the room was 97 when we walked in. Had a ghetto balcony so we opened up the door to cool off the room but it was overwhelming. It was broken so there was no response from the unit or thermostat. It was just stuck on heat. So I tell the front desk and the dude says “I seriously doubt that”.
