The room was clean, but in the shower, there was no conditioner and it was a big hassle to get conditioner. When we asked the employees to turn on the pool, it took them 30 minutes and we were just waiting for the waterslide to be turned on for a very long time the employees also about running we weren’t running. We were walking. We all woke up super tired and our backs were sore from the uncomfy beds. We enjoyed our trip, but the room was very disappointing.
Very spacious room, I was impressed. The bed was very creeky. The shampoo bottle was empty. Very kid friendly hotel. Appreciate the water bottle full stations. Smitty's attached makes for a good breakfast option. At the front desk, no service with a smile.
Excellent hotel with hot tub, pool and slide.
