RecommendedThe pool is great and that’s all I’m gonna say about that. The staff have all been friendly no complaints at all.
We booked a stay at this hotel so that we could visit family. We absolutely love Ankeny but this hotel was so ghetto. When we checked in they didn’t have the room available that we had originally booked. They ended up giving us a double queen room with a cot that was so uncomfortable. Our room didn’t get cleaned 2 times during our stay. We got back from the hotel on our second evening and my kids got the please or witnessing a man getting tased by police... not a pleasant experience at all and they should have really refunde... read more
clean rooms friendly people
Called to see about booking a room or two. The gal who took the call was horribly unprofessional. Didn’t answer my questions, sounded like she was eating or chomping on gum. Wouldn’t ever book a room there after this.
We had some problems, being State wrestling weekend with screaming kids everywhere and a HOT an loud room but manager did everything to be accommodating 👧
pool was over ran with kids ALL DAY AND NIGHT!!
disgusting! hairs in the bed, tubs wouldn't drain, room stunk terribly. I would give this hotel 1 star, only because the front desk gal was great and refunded our entire hotel stay. don't recommend!!
