Our carpets are not high-end and do not have much padding, so after years of dogs, shoes, and kids, they looked very worn and heavily soiled. even though i had cleaned them with a bissell before, they had never had a real professional carpet cleaning. mike did a great job with the deep steam cleaning and stain treatment, and the results were much better than i expected. Ricky and Carson arrived on time, were polite and professional, and did an excellent job deep cleaning our very large sectional couch that seats more than 10 people and gets a lot of use from our 3 dogs.
