They keep missing our trash every week I call and can never get a supervisor instead all I get is excuses. Their office personnel are extremely rude. I suggest using another company
worst service ever. they dropped off the trash can but haven't picked up my trash once since I started the service. when I saw the truck drive by and skip my house they told me ot was the "recycling" truck and that it's still on it's way. then when I saw a second one pass by they said they dont have a way to know where they are at on the route, but told me it would be picked up. My pickup day is thursday and this is the second week after 5 on friday I still have no pickup. I will be calling and canceling on Monday.
I paid our trash bill and they still havent picked up my trash in the 2 weeks. I called today at 2pm to make sure they were coming today and the lady said they were out and would be coming. just got home and my trash is still just sitting out there and they are closed. This is bot the first ti.e they have done this and I am beyond pissed about it. I don't pay for a service not to be done.
Cindy and Rebecca who work as customer service agents were rude, unprofessional garbage who didn’t even know their corporate structure. They said they had no idea who anyone was that worked in the company. I would go with Gallegos Sanitation.

1 star is to much, they will forget to pick up your trash and casually act that it's ok to just double up the next week. We get no notification and are left with trash being blown around, animals getting into to it and code enforcement give warnings and having to drag full cans back to the house and double the amount the next week hoping they actually come. Never picked up our recycling the 3 months I was a customer. Called customer service 4-5 times about it and nothing was done about it. They didn't even ask why I was canceling so soon when I called to close. Also, it's been 4 months and I haven't been reimbursed for the remaining month I paid for (even though I was told I would be).
Poor service, every time they miss our pickup they have some excuse and say they will get it next week. When this current cycle expires I'm ditching them.
