Better pick up our trash this time because we know when we brought our recycling. After calling and speaking with customer service three times the only resolution was for us to pay $35 because employee falsely reported our trash situation. So here’s a picture However this is my experience but if you’re looking for Rams systems you’ll have to take pictures of your trash 😂 Because someone got on the truck before picking up a recycling and didn’t wanna get off the truck to go get it. Do NOT use. They don't pick up your trash, but still charge you to do so. Then we canceled as of last month, because we were tired of it. We had been customers for 15 years, but the last 3 have been awful. ZERO customer service. I had to call endless times to get them to come pick up our trash. Then when I called to cancel our service they never asked why. It's because I was sick of calling them to pick up our trash that we had already prepaid in advance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service and they do not follow through on services that you order. We have ordered and paid for large service trash removal multiple times, they don’t show up when promised and then are full of excuses.
I cancelled their residential service 2 weeks ago and they still have not picked up our cans. I have called everyday and they tell me tomorrow....for 2 weeks! Ridiculous! My neighbor cancelled last week and they picked up theirs.... and drove past mine again. They missed SO many pickup days and with recycling every 2 weeks, well multiple times we went a month before a pickup as they just say "we will get it next time"... 2 weeks later.... will never do business with them again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: UPDATE: it has been 4 weeks of calling every other day. Original pick up after canceling was August 25th... it is now Sept. 16th and am still being told "tomorrow". And the guy that answered today hung up on me, after saying there were delays with Labor Day... We have only been customers for almost four months, and I didn't think a trash service could be worse than Waste Management, but I guess I was wrong. On numerous occasions I've had to call and was told they would pick up the extra recycling the following week. They didn't and the trash pickup guys grabbed the extra recycling and threw it in the trash, of course adding this as extra containers on our next bill. Customer service is terrible. Really don't seem to care. Failed to pick up recycling twice in 1 month. Seems like consistency in service is deteriorating. Would not recommend. Company is preferred by Metro District/HOA, which is the only reason I remain a customer.
Recycle service was a joke. Kept telling me that our recycle wasn’t out on time every time we were “missed” but we have outdoor cameras and put our recycle out the night before. We can see the recycle truck driving by our house on many occasions. Dishonest and won’t recommend.
Ram Waste Services has failed to meet scheduled pick up days for recycling and trash services for 3 consecutive cycles. Members of the neighborhood have pulled back carts assuming they were missed and forced to manage waste for an additional week or weeks for recycling with full carts. Contacting the company they have stated the manager Steve Martin is unavailable and that he is also driving the recycling truck.
