Ram could improve if they picked up the garbage. You cannot get any more basic than that
RecommendedWe have been a customer for years. Service is fine and pick up prompt.
Pick up our garbage on the days you are suppose to. You missed Nielsen Village Condos 2 weeks in a row now and the dumpsters are overflowing and the bags are piled up all around. When I called yesterday, you said you would send someone out. Guess not. Guess Nielsen Village may have to try Waste Management or Gallegos.

They don’t pick up when they say they will. Have had recycling for 4 weeks now. No pick up. Got my bill today. What am I paying for when they don’t pick it up? Looking for a new service tomorrow.
They are pathetic, twice they missed my trash pick up. I don't understand how they are even in business!
Snow storm, absolutely agree they shouldn’t pick up trash that day, but to push it an entire week? Are they going to charge for overfull trash cans next week? Or the fact I have child with some nasty diapers right now stinking up my bins? Are they going to push recycling two weeks since mine is full before we have 11 people at my house for thanksgiving? Terrible company. Three times they have left trash all over the street and driveway. Trash cans are always left a mess in the street. when I called customer service I was only given excuses and told what I need to do. This should be considered littering considering theres trash all over the street because of this company.
