Slow unload time for wire mesh. Took 3 hours to unload and I was the only truck. This is all because of management. Management will not allow the forklift drivers to take more than one stack of the wire mesh off at one time. I had 28 and it took three hours. Management needs to step up and change this rule. Contacted Hunter Cassity as he actually came to my job site; by him leaving a card it allowed me to reach out for the needs I had. Therefore, I reached out with a very specific list. Hunter responded and said they did not have the items in stock, and that he gave me similar Dewalt items. I stated I needed the exact items I emailed about, and to let me know if they needed to be ordered as I was trying to give him business.
