Our water bill doubled to over $190, and knew we had a problem. Wow let me just say DO NOT CALL RAM PLUMBING!
Ram Plumbing, a company can’t be relied on for passing info to employees. I gave info needed for parts, yet the worker, with an assistant left for forty minutes, for parts needed for a popular brand already provided. After the ten minutes for the faucet fix I was presented with the info that, "$230.00 covers one job whether ten minutes or 30 minutes". Yet when I called for an estimate, such a straight forward estimate was not given, nor the info for parts given to workers. Refusing to work on the same problem in another show... read more
$230.00 for shower faucet. For this cost, new parts would be appreciated. Receptionist does not pass info to workers nor gives estimates. Not too unusual until the worker said, 'that is the minimum of each job'. Why not say that on the phone. They wouldn't look at the other defective shower, and left after ten minutes. 'To fix the another faucet would come to $460.00', at their "fair priced estimates". I'm disappointed to say the least. I was referred to company by a realtor friend who said they were great and I would like them and their work. I called on Nov. 18,2019 and they said they were booked out 2 weeks but I could make an appointment so we set an appointment for Dec. 2 between 12 and 2 pm. I was called on the day and left a message that the technician would not be there for our appointment of 9-12?? and would instead be there between 12 and 3. I had a gas leak on the outside of my home, Southwest Gas had shut the line off and would turn back on service until the repairs were complete. Ram plumbing responded late at night and came out quickly to fix the issue which also required an city inspection that they arrange and got permits for. The situation seemed very complex, but Ram plumbing made it easy to get taken care of. I highly recommend them.
