I am writing to inform everyone that Ram Jack Company is a wonderful company to have correct and repair any foundation problems that you may have. The workers came our home every day and on time and they are polite, friendly, courteous and very hard working with minimal breaks. They cleaned up the areas that they worked in and made it neat like they found it when they started the project. Rick at Ram Jack was great! After getting the initial appointment set up, Rick solidly communicated about when things would happen (I had a jack beam installed with a 3'x3' footer) and the work looks great. Appreciate them!

Please don’t let the stars fool you, this is a POSITIVE REVIEW. I have to state it all s a positive review because this company took legal action (see Bowles and rice) against me for non payment for services rendered which resulted in me signing a paper that says I will remove negative review. So let me reiterate, this is a POSITIVE review. Don't waste your time contacting these guys. They sent Bill out to take a look at my project on March 13. Everything seemed great and this seemed to be a project in scope for this company. Bill told me to send some additional information to his email, which he would text to me right after the appointment. Never got a response, so I followed up Mar 19. RamJack appeared to be a good company at first. The sales rep Chris was very helpful and courteous, even though he incorrectly scoped my repair. Problems started once the contract was signed. Was told we would start in May and about a week or two before start date I would be told it was pushed back a month. This went on all summer. Was told it would be 2 weeks on site... it took 4 and they broke several things, did not follow the scope of work, and provided very poor workmanship in critical areas.
