Employees are judge mental and I cannot recommend this place.

We had to raise our 60-year old house after past owners neglected necessary repairs, and Ram Jack came through in fine style! The crew worked tirelessly in 90+ degree weather, and were respectful, courteous, and totally professional. Nothing but good things to say!

Today was our scheduled appointment which was confirmed a day prior. Our rep was Chad Carte. Not only did he arrive a little early but he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything he was doing. He was very patient and listened to my concerns. He went into the crawlspace and checked everything. I could hear him moving around and checking several areas. Very unhappy with Ram Jack in Durham, NC. No follow-up on work performed. Did not show up when promised. Can not recommend them.

These guy's are the most professional contractor's I've dealt with. The inspector that came to our house was thorough and provided us with a quote the next day. The work was completed on schedule and we couldn't be happier with the result.
