Denise was friendly and professional during my initial phone call and sent me a confirmation email immediately for our appointment, which was scheduled at my earliest convenience. Chuck Lloyd arrived at our house on time (after calling the evening before to confirm our appointment) to check out a problem we were having and was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call Ram Jack again!
