I am in charge of maintenance and facilities at a church. We were having significant basement flooding problems. I had received quotes from several different companies. The ultimate thing that led me to choose Ram Jack was that the representative, Roger, who came to our facility was the most knowledgeable of any of the ones who came out. Ram Jack also offered the best price. When it came time to complete the work, the installers did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company.
HORRIBLE customer service. I paid them 12K to stop water from coming into my basement...waste of money, and they don't care that my basement still floods!
Chuck Lloyd was a pleasure to work with. He recommended the appropriate solution to the foundation repair needed for my house, and was prompt and courteous. Gabriel and his assistant did the work efficiently. I'm very satisfied with this company, and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
