We had a remodel that required changing out windows for smaller and needed stucco repair and brickwork done. The work was done on time and the repairs almost look like original! Highly recommend.
We highly recommend Ram builders for any exterior needs. We had a leak in one of our main floor windows but didn't know where was coming from. We tried various ways of fixing it but no luck so we decided to call Ram builders. Shaan and his team were very professional and thorough. RAM Builders did a terrific job for us on our Stucco/Flashing Repair. We had bought a new house that turned out to have some long-running water damage and dry rot. Shaan and his crew diagnosed the issue, scheduled us for the construction, ordered new windows to replace the old ones, and did a very thorough and professional job. This is the second time I have had RAM Builders and Stucco; Repair my Stucco Siding over the past 8 years. Each time they have done an excellent job. They analyze where the source of the difficulty is coming from, then they correct the source of the problem before they repair the STUCCO. This prevents further hidden damage. This last repair was because of a faulty roof repair and also an area where my rain gutter was leaking. They repaired both places quickly and correctly.
