Dr. Ralston helped begin the brain healing of my son who struggled with hyperactivity, impulse control, and focus. I now have a calm, disciplined, delightful young man. Pharmaceuticals were not used to cover up the problem, but methods that actually healed the brain and body...a very comprehensive approach. Highly recommended.
Their billing practices are the worst! I work in billing so I know. They want to charge you every time you are in the office. They collect deductibles before they even bill out a claim. They also refuse to bill their "nutritional" visit as they want to call it a cash code. My insurance covers nutritional consultation, and the billing office said they would ask the doctor if he wants to do that? I feel as though they are trying to sell me a new supplement each visit. Lots of confusion.
