PLS DO NOT SHOP AT THIS RALPH'S STORE BECAUSE YOU WOULD REGRET DOING SO. THEY HAVE RUDE AND MANNERLESS STAFF MEMBERS AT THE CASHIER AND SELF-CHECKOUT SECTIONS. THEY EVEN FIND IT HARD TO POINT TO WHERE TO GET ITEMS YOU CAN'T FIND AND IGNORE AND GIVE YOU WEIRD STARES. MANY PEOPLE I KNOW EXPERIENCED THIS INCLUDING MYSELF. THEY ARE THE WORST!
I ordered a specific, custom cake for my son’s birthday over the phone with Ralph’s. They told me everything was set and to pick it up the morning of. Thank goodness I called a few days before his party to check. They had zero recollection of taking the order and their cake printer doesn’t even work anymore. Nobody was planning on notifying me. I was going to have my husband drive there to pick it up, out of our way (because the closer Ralph’s also has a broken cake printer), at 7am the morning of my son’s party for nothing.... read more
