RecommendedI've been going to Ralph's Collision for over 20 years and Ralph's is always fast and efficient as well as the best body work and frame work in Central New York or anywhere that I know of personally. I have had the misfortune of having to use the services at Ralph’s on more than one occasion. Each time the service has been excellent. He has handled all the insurance claims and has treated my very well. The work has been excellent.
I ran over paint that someone dropped and left in the middle of the road. I brought my Jeep to Ralph’s and they gave me quote within 15 minutes. I dropped it off and within 2 days they called to let me know that it was all set. I can’t believe they got all of the paint off my Jeep! Thanks so much.

I had my vehicle towed to the garage for a quote on repairs. They quoted $1100 for a water pump repair. Next garage I called quoted me $600. I paid for my tow and they tried to hold my vehicle hostage until I paid for another hour of their “labor”. I sat down in their waiting area and very peacefully tried to reason with their mechanic, at which point he yelled at me for several minutes unprovoked. 5 stars. Ralph and his team are awesome. Great customer service and very courteous. Loved seeing his 2 german shepherds greet me everytime. So loveable. Highly Recommend. And of course the work is phenomenal as expected.
