Always incredible customer service. Pam Yurgelaitis in the sales department is truly a pleasure to deal with and always supremely helpful. The same can be said for Brenda Bachman in the Body Shop and all the technicians in the Service Department. I highly recommend Ralph Thayer Mazda!

I'm loving my second MX5 from here. Pam is great and understands my needs but it is the SERVICE from Jeff that keeps me coming back!! Jeff knows the emotional attachment we have for cars and if you ask a question, he gives an experienced answer with no BS!!! He was moved to the VW bldg. so I take my Mazda there now!!! As long as he is at Thayer, I will continue to get my cars there!!!
Their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I got a great deal on my car. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is I was under the impression I was getting a 32" tv which I didn't receive. Other than that they were very easy to work with.
My 84 year old mom just turned in her Hyundai and got a new Hyundai lease in July from Don shellnutter. She later received a bill for over 440 dollars. When she went there to ask what it was for he told her because her new lease was through ally. He said sorry it's in your old contract!
