Office did blood work for testosterone and PSA. Next appt with PA I did not receive test results depsite their promise to phone and the PSA was critical to know. Next appt. injected medication for ED with instrustions for me to phone. Over two weeks later, I have no response in any form from the office. Not a practise I would recommend.
My overall experience has been excellent .Doctor Ralph Vick was very knowledgeable ,pleasant and thorough .He gently helped me to navigate treatment options that was best for me, when I was very overwhelmed with unfavorable findings.Did follow up calls himself.Very personal physician. Easy accessibility for all appointments.His assistant and Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have no reservation in recommending anyone to his office,including family members if needed

Dr. Vick is the worst doctor I've ever experienced. When he spoke about the pain I was having he used finger quotes every time he said "pain" as if it wasn't real. While I was in the middle of talking he interrupted me and said to my husband "I bet she complains at home all the time. I'm sure it's terrible for you." I was scared. I needed help and he didn't take me seriously and was disrespectful. I would never recommend anyone to him.
Dr. Vick is wonderful. We had another local urologist, but he was not a fit for us. Dr. Vick honestly cares, addresses our concerns and is excellent and thorough in my husbands surgeries. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Vick is an excellent physician, communicates clearly, and is skilled. His staff is wonderful, attentive, and flexible. Highly recommended!
Fantastic personality - excellent bedside manner - reassuring and explains diagnosis in laymen terms.
