Outstanding Service with Outstanding Craftsmenship As soon as I walked into this century old jewelry store (The oldest & largest in the Erie, PA region) I was amazed at the cases and cases of outstanding live goods plus a gallery full of the most unusual gifts and artwork from all over the world. The 5 jewelers on site helped me put together a broken watch spending lots and lots of extra time for a simple donation to Broken Arrow Animal Refuge. No wonder they won "America's Best Jewelers" because they are World Class.
Won't be back If you need a battery for your watch, be careful. I had them replace a battery on a watch, by some strange coincidence, the electronics quit working?and now I need a new watch. I won??t be back.
Charles, S. What a rare gem Erie has in this century old jewelry store. My parents purchased their jewelry at this store for years, so while I was in town visiting from CO,I stopped in. I was looking for a large diamond over 2 carats in Platinum for my 25 Wedding Anniversary and since RMJ is the most trusted diamond consultants in the region and the only members locally of the prestious New York Diamond Dealers Club, they were able to trade in my over one carat for much more money on credit than I original paid 24 years ago.... read more
Miller Ralph Jewelers & Gallery Review This jewelry store carries both precious and semi-precious jewelry. They had a large selection of jewelry from the standard to the hand made one of a kind jewelry. The store was clean and bright. The sales people were kind without being stuffy and pushy.
