To many text/email & phone appt. reminders. I had at least 5 reminders starting over 3 weeks before my appt. I only need one text or phone call a few days before.
The dental hygienist was superb! She was friendly and careful and addressed all my concerns. She even was able to remove coffee and red wine stains that I thought I'd have to live with forever. And Dr. Jackson was as amiable and helpful as always.
Going to visit a dentist is never exactly fun, but your office makes it enjoyable with friendliness, and trying to make patients as comfortable as possible.
Everything went well with my last appointment. I had a filling and it was painless. That is the best part, I am a big baby about my teeth and Dr. Jackson is very gentle and expalins what he is going to do before he does it.
Overall very good. My only complaint is that the dental assistant watches the TV while doing my cleaning and I do not like that. She needs to turn the TV off or put on something she does not like to watch.
While I didn't have any fillings done this time, I like that Dr. Jackson uses the modern laser to remove cavities, and it is PAINLESS! You don't even realize they've finished!

Everyone was very nIce to me. Most of all I really appreciate that y'all worked me in even though I didn't have an appointment. I was hurting bad and y'all came through. That is appreciated very much. Thanks again!!
everyone is very upbeat and helpful, and I always leave with a happy, good feeling! Except, of course, when I have a cavity! LOL
