The staff go out of there way to make you comfortable. Be it an Ipad to play with until your name is called or the massaging chair your in while you have your work done. Awsome!
It was the first time I had waterlaze used on me. No shot or numbness!! Awesome experience!

Dr. Jackson and his staff are very kind and efficient. Dr. Jackson always explains what he is doing when he is doing a procedure on my teeth. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time and most of all Dr. Jackson and his staff do quality work.

When ask if I wanted fluoride treatment and I said no I was ask why. When I say no I don't feel like I have to explain why. I understand the importance of the treatment and still wish to decline.

We are truly sorry that you were upset that we asked why you wanted to decline fluoride treatment. We find that it is often helpful to know why people do not want to follow our recommended treatment so that we know how to better serve our patients. Sometimes in these difficult economic times, finances are an issue and we like to be able to offer our patients options to receive the treatment they want. Again, we are truly sorry if you were offended!
It was a wonderful experience the Doctor and staff are very compassionate about there patient's feelings they understood when I said I was scared and it put me at ease thanks so much and have a wonderful Holiday.
