I took my 87 year old mother to see Dr. Jackson. Her dentures have been giving her a lot of problems. The Dr.Jackson took her dentures to see if she needed new ones. He could have said yes and we would have paid the $3,000. However, he said there was no need for new dentures at this time and told us about using a powder to hold dentures in more secure. He is great man to do what is right, not after every dime he could get. thanks everyone for treating my mom with extra care.
Dr. Jackson and his staff are the greatest!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Saturday, I had a crown with a pin in it fall out. I called Dr. Jackson Saturday and he answered my question and was willing to fix my crown Saturday or Sunday if I needed him to do so. I wasn't in pain,so I knew it was OK to wait until Monday. When I called Dr. Jackson's office, they worked me in quickly and fixed my tooth. It was difficult to fix, but they did not give up. Now my tooth feels just fine! : )
Pat Turner, Diamond Bogue and myself, (Randy Hubbard) have been no where but your place for our dental work. However, Pat especially has been going there for years and having her teeth cleaned every three months. Since the down turn of the economy no one is making the money that we once did. We honestly fill like you have gotten out of hand with the pricing. We do know that things have went up but paychecks have not. So therefore we have 2 choices. Dr Jackson did not look at my teeth. Did he look at any of my xrays or other info?? If he did, I don't know what his conclusions were.
The office staff apparently does not listen to their patients. I had replied to text (that I have ask NOT to receive) that my daughter would be at her appointment. 2 days before,they call and leave a message again about the appointment. Again I respond leaving a voice mail message for the staff to confirm my appointment. They call me the day before and ask if I want to change and to confirm the appointment. Your team is such a friendly group! Even when you all were having computer problems that could have been quite frustrating, all of you kept smiles on your faces and friendly conversation going!
I had a great visit all around, except for one thing. The flouride treatment is not free! When I was asked if I wanted it, I said yes, only because, I thought by the way they asked, it was included in the cleaning anyway. They did not inform me that it was an extra charge until I was checking out, after the fact.
