Ralph is awesome! He listens,he explains things so that I can understand them, he voices his concerns, he is comical when needed, he always makes me smile no matter what. He is very honest and to the point, he doesn't mess around! He tells you the truth whether you want to hear it or not. He puts your health issues in order. I asked him a question about switching medication for one thing and he had just told me I have reoccurring pancreatitis so he said the medication switch is on the back burner for now.
