It was good experience. Took car in for oil change. Really like their new location an waiting area for their customers. Service people were very nice.
Waited a long time to get my car service. Worst customer service. If I could I will never take it back.
I took my 2016 Yukon for its first oil change and lefted it there at the dealer and like 3 hrs later the Called us to tell us that they had an accident with it that slipped of from the hydraulic jack hitting a steel post that did a 5"by 5" dent on the rear fender, they fixed it at the end but definitely never going back there again.
It's been a rough year and half when comes to auto accidents and hail damage. Having said that, Saby and his team at Rally Auto mall collision fixed our cars back to new. Highly recommend them for your auto body needs.
Rally went above and beyond. I have been looking for a tahoe for over a year, went to local dealerships. Ended up driving an hour to rally where I found the tahoe I wanted!!! Rally bent over backwards for the perfect suv for me and my kids :) ... will recommend rally to every one I know!!! Thank you !!!
