Hire honest and competent mechanics
Went for an oil change and spoke to Robert in Service. Boyfriend moved out here from Florida and was looking at cars. Robert told us that Kia has some deals and to speak to a salesman. We did not think we could afford another car but Rally Kia makes it so easy and affordable. Tom was our finance person and he was funny and professional. He knew by looking at my boyfriend Sal credit score he was able to determine if he was going to get approved and wanted to help us and make it easy. I tried to buy a car for my mom, the sales manager looked at us and literally told us he didn’t want to negotiates a 30k car because he thought we would not be able to afford it, even tho I had 10k cash to put down on it for my mom he didn’t know about because he wouldn’t even get that far with the negotiation. I’ve bought 4 cars since and refuse to purchase here even if they r the only ones in town that has wat I want. I’ve driven else where to purchase cars because of this factor .
Yesterday I took my KIA Sportage to the Collision shop to have some scratches buffed out. They did an awesome job....the car looks great. The customer service was great too. I hope I don't ever need to go again, but if I ever do need to have repairs done again I will return here. GREAT JOB and great staff. Thank you so much.
My car was diagnosed as having a bad starter. Every question I asked was answered to my satisfaction. Was very helpful and I had my car back in two days! Thanks Rally.

Great Place To work at, the Environment is Friendly and its Great
My experience SUCKED. Told me it would take an hour and 15 min. Well, 2 hrs. later they said that the car was almost ready. It was being washed. IT WAS RAINING. 35 min. later I finally got someone to look into it. Turns out my car was just sitting there, not being washed because IT WAS RAINING. Poor communication all around. NOT HAPPY
