I brought my car in to be examined/repaired because my engine hydrolocked when it rained out here. Raul wasted my time for a week, randomly quoted me a $8500 repair fee, and when my insurance company sent an appraiser out he added an additional cost and when it was time to pick up my vehicle, he still couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it, he wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee plus a fee to completely tear down my engine for an additional $1800 just to tell my insurance company whether or not water was the cause of my da... read more

Rally Kia has always bent over backwards for me. The Kia dealership where I live is absolutely awful so I have no problem making an hour drive to Rally. The warranty on my car is almost up so I called to get an appointment today and they didn’t have anything until after the new year.
