Bryan was incredibly helpful in my wife and my relocation to Knoxville. He's communicative, knowledgeable and just made our home buying process as smooth as possible when we had no idea what we were looking for. He knew what the VA Appraisers would look for and how the VA process works. He worked with our time zone differences and helped us out with the house when we couldn't be there for work to be done before closing. I'd recommend him to everyone, you'll be lucky to have him.

Bryan was fantastic. He was very professional and stuck with my Wife and I for many years. Due to temporary illness, our income changed a couple of times, and so just as we were about to get approved for a loan, we had to start all over, more than once.
